I'm working as a graphic designer, currently I'm using MacBook Pro Retina 2012, it is great device for just making some icons and illustrations, never had issue with this device, but I need larger monitor and stable desktop, that's why I'm planning to buy an iMac This two iMac I mentioned above have same price, but this is the difference iMac 27" Late 2013 Pros : large screen, RAM can be upgrade up to 32GB, have apple SSD slot (instead replacing HDD with SSD), CPU can be upgrade to Core i7, have external GPU (Nvidia GT 750M/755M) Cons : Maximum OS supported is Catalina iMac 21. This is a late 2013 iMac and I feel like the poor performance is software driven. ![]()
